Shipping Prices - Each pole offered on this website has the applicable shipping charge shown. In most cases, we are paying either all or part of the total shipping cost. You pay only what is shown for each pole depending upon the state you live in. If we quote a price to you on the many flagpole variations that are available, we will always be quoting delivered prices. There are no shipping "surprises" here.
Payment - We require that all flagpole orders be paid at the time of purchase via credit card or company check. If you are going to pay by company check, you can call in your order and then have the check to us within 7 days. We will not release any pole for delivery without full payment.
Shipping Times -The poles shown on this website are standard items at the manufacturer and normally will be shipped within 10-14 days. Expect delivery delays before major holidays as orders generally double 30 days before those holidays. Custom pole orders and painted or anodized poles generally take from 4-6 weeks to be shipped. All poles are delivered by large trucks. Your delivery address must be accessible to tractor trailers.
All poles that we sell are manufactured in the US by leading flagpole manufacturers with many years of experience fabricating the best flagpoles on the market.
